Lisa Barron's preferred method of delivery is using Australia Post - Registered Standard Post or Registered Express Post.  

We ship anywhere within Australia using Australia Post Registered Post. We offer flat rate shipping for domestic orders at

$10.00 (AU) flat rate for STANDARD tracked Australia Post

$15 (AU) flat rate for EXPRESS tracked Australia Post

The estimated delivery times below are relevant to all major metro areas and capital cities if your order is placed before 10am AEST.

Domestic STANDARD Shipping is currently estimated for delivery with 5-10 business days.

Domestic EXPRESS Shipping is currently estimated for delivery within 2-3 business days.

Orders placed before 12pm AEST will be dispatched the same day (in most cases)

If your order is placed after 12:00pm AEST, it will be dispatched the following business day.

If your order is placed over the weekend or during a public holiday, it will be dispatched on the following working day.

Once your order is sent, you will receive an email containing your tracking number which you can track in order to monitor the progress of your delivery.

All Lisa Barron orders are shipped directly from our High St, Armadale boutique and are hand packaged by our styling staff.

Your garments are carefully folded to ensure optimal, minimal crease delivery and wrapped in acid free tissue paper. We take great care to separate sequinned & embroidered fabrics and wrap our garments to ensure no catching or pulling occurs in transit. So you can feel confident that we take great care in ensuring your garments arrive safe and sound.

We do our best to ensure that your garment arrives to you in perfect condition but please be aware that some creasing may occur in transit. Lisa Barron is not liable for damage caused to a garment during during shipment.

We absolutely do!

If your package is a gift and is being sent directly to its recipient; you can select the "GIFT WRAPPED" option during checkout and your package will be sent without prices on the garments & without a printed invoice.

Please list your personal details and address as the "Billing Address" & your recipient as the "Shipping Address". This way the purchase will be logged on your Lisa Barron account.

Your invoice will be emailed to your after checkout.

Your package will be left in a safe place if you are not home. Please specify if you have a preferred place for the package to be left. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. 

If using a PO Box address, please be advised that your package may be redirected to your post office desk due to size and weight limitations. Check your tracking number for details on where your package has been sent to.

Returns and exchanges

We do NOT offer REFUNDS or ALTERATIONS on SALE (reduced) items from any category on our site. 

It can be difficult to determine if a garment purchased will fit prior to trying it on, Lisa Barron therefore offers our customers a 7 day return policy from the day that you receive your item on all full priced items only. If you wish to return or exchange a garment or need advice on your order, please call 9804 3355 to speak to our Sales Manager. Please note, we do not offer free returns. Items are returned at the customers expense.

We do not offer free returns, returned garments are sent at the customers expense.

Please ship your garment back to us within 7 days of RECEIVING your garment.

Please wrap your garments back in the tissue provided (if in tact) or in new tissue if damaged to ensure the garments are protected. All tags and labels must be returned also in-tact or your return will not be accepted.

We no not offer returns or exchanges on garments that have been altered or custom made for you.

We will do our best to amend change of preference in alterations where possible but please note we cannot exchange or return an altered garment simply for change of mind.

We are devastated to hear when a garment has been sent to you with a fault in its manufacturing. If a garment you ordered online has an apparent fault please call us on 9804 3355 to discuss how we can repair and rectify the situation. We will do everything we can to repair, replace or refund the garment in question for you.

Faults are uncommon and we always want to know where we may have gone wrong. When you notify us of a damaged product we will ask you a few simple questions about how you have cared and stored your LB garment to better understand the situation. Please follow the care instructions on your garment carefully as we will not accept faults caused by incorrect care practices.

We do our best to ensure that our garments arrive to you in perfect condition however we are not liable for damage caused to the garment during the shipping process.


We ship anywhere in the world using Australia Post standard international post.

*Please note that due to limited flights and international travel due to COVID-19 restrictions, that your package might take longer than expected.

All international orders are charged at a $50 (AUD) Flat Rate cost.

Your package is sent using a STANDARD AUS POST shipping satchel bag or post box. If you wish to send your package EXPRESS please contact us on 9804 3355 to arrange a shipping consultation based on your location.

Please allow 10-15 business days (depending on your location) for standard international delivery.

Your order will require a signature upon delivery from Australia Post.

International orders may be subject to customs clearance procedures, which may cause delays beyond the specified delivery time frame.

Lisa Barron cannot be held responsible for any duties, taxes and other fees which may apply to the country of delivery. The responsibility for any duties, taxes and other fees rest with the customer.

Please contact your local customs agent or office regarding any information relating to all taxes and duties.

We do NOT offer EXCHANGES, REFUNDS or ALTERATIONS on SALE (reduced) items from any category on our site. 

For products purchased from outside of Australia, please contact our Sales Manager at 9804 3355 to discuss your return. Please note, we do not offer free returns and are not responsible for any customs or postage costs specific to your location. 

- Items purchased must be return dispatched within 7 days of delivery

- Items purchased must be returned in their original packaging with tags attached

- If items have been worn, altered, washed or dry cleaned they will not be accepted/processed (unless deemed faulty) 

If you wish to return an item, you must return it with the invoice attached confirming which item you wish to return or exchange. 

We will notify you by email once your return has been received and processed. We will process your refund as quickly as possible, but please allow 5 - 10 business days for your refund to appear in your account. Refunds will be issued by the same method as to which the item was paid. Gift cards or credit notes cannot be refunded or exchanged for money under any circumstances.
